Brief Description: Install and Safety Wire Oil Cooler Support Rod
Next I reinstalled the support for the oil cooler baffle. This is just a threaded hex rod with a couple of eye bolts and mounting brackets - kind of a custom turnbuckle that is bolted, cotter pinned, and safety wired in place. With the support in place there is virtually no movement possible now of the aft left baffle that the oil cooler is mounted to. Hopefully this will prevent the baffle from cracking under vibration.
