Brief Description:  Trim Aft Channels; Finish Bracket Fab

I had to trim the aft canopy frame channels such that they would be 42 5/32 x 17 19/32. This was a bit of challenge to do accurately. The channels are warped. I clamped them down to the workbench as straight as I possibly could and then measured as accurately as I could. I didn't want to flute the channels since I don't know where the rivet holes will go yet since these are not pre-punched. Once the channels were measured and marked I used the bandsaw to trim the ends. The ends were then deburred and polished on the scotchbrite wheel. The channels and all of the brackets are ready to be drilled.
