Brief Description:  Right Step: Drill Blocks to Tube / Rib

I decided that the best way to resolve the gap problem between the baggage ribs and the end of the step tubes was to add some more block material. I had an old block that I had misdrilled and replaced a while ago but I hung onto anyway. I ended up splitting this 3rd block down the middle and basically using one half on each step. Each step now uses one and a half blocks which works out great since the hole that gets drilled through the tube and block now has enough edge distance on the tube to securely anchor each step. After splitting the 3rd block and match drilling each half to the other 2 blocks I clecoed the right step onto the fuselage with its 1 and a half blocks and then drilled the blocks to the tube and baggage rib.
