Brief Description:  Brake Pedals: Install on Rudder Pedals

I inserted the rudder pedal tubes into the plastic end blocks and then suspended the contraption by clamping the blocks between a couple of 2x4's clamped to the bench. You have to be careful here becaus there is an taper to the holes in the blocks and there is a specific orientation of the rudder pedal tubes into the blocks. I just followed the directions in the manual and put everything together according to the plans. Next up,,,the brake pedals and master cyclinders were bolted to the rudder pedals but only finger tight. Everything was then centered and aligned and then I marked the locations of the lower holes that need to be drilled in the brake pedal side plates using the lower hole in the master cyclinders as a guide. Once these holes were marked, the brake pedals were removed and the side plates were drilled on the bench.
