Brief Description:  F705 Bulkhead: Clamp/Drill Bottom Sectio

The rest of today was spent digging out all of the parts for the F705 bulkhead and starting on the bottom section. This involved tightly clamping the reinforcement bar to the channel and using the prepunched holes in the channel to drill the bar. Once this was done I fabricated the F705C doubler bars. These were already pre-bent with a joggle and just needed to be tappered to lighten them up. The rear wing spars will bolt between these bars. I thought this section would be beefier than it is but I'm sure it's fine. There is a small spacer that gets bolted between the bars to support the joggle. This had to be fabricated and then tightly clamped in place in order to drill the 3/16" hole for the bolt without the spacer drifting.
