Brief Description: Bolt Brackets to Left Aileron; Mount
Bolting the steel mounting brackets to the ailerons were a bit of a challenge. Tough to get a socket in these tight areas. I ended up using a crescent wrench held perpendicular to the bolt heads on the forward sides to hold the bolts in place while turning the nuts with an open end wrench on the aft side. I was able to torque these using an extension in the torque wrench. Once I had the brackets on the left aileron it was time to mount the aileron to the wing. It was tough fitting all of the spacers and washers without dropping everything. It took a lot of patience and several attempts to finally get everything together.
