Brief Description: Countersink Fiberglass Wing Tip for RIb
Next I removed the wing tip and did the countersinking on the workbench using the microstop countersink without the cage. I left the wing tip rib in place to help guide the bit. Then I deburred the wing tip rib and jumped back to the wing and dimpled the last couple of holes on the wing skin using Avery's special dimple dies that use a small bolt for the clamping pressure. I had to use these because of how close the holes were to the aileron bracket which interfered with the normal squeezers.
