Brief Description: Mark Wing Root Fairings; Control Sticks
Today I used a small aluminum spacer to mark a 3/16" inboard clearance on the wing root fairings. I then removed the fairings and set them aside. Then I pulled out all of the control stick components and reamed the brass bushings and clevices. The final thing that I did tonight was touch-up the paint on the control stick parts with the small tube of touch-up epoxy paint that I bought from Van's. It matches their powder coating pretty closely.
