Brief Description: Rivet Rod Ends to Long Aileron Pushrods
I inserted the rod ends into the long aileron push rods and then measured and drilled them together. Everything was then taken apart and deburred. They were then reassembled and pop riveted together. Once this was done it was back to the paint booth to apply the white Rustoleum enamel topcoat. This sprayed on nice but took FOREVER to dry. I guess I'm used to the 5 minutes that it takes Sherwin Williams 988 self etching primer to dry to the touch.
