Brief Description: Match Drill Bottom Skins to Flap Braces
I stuggled with the best way to handle the flap hinge on the wing. I finally decided that it would be best to dimple the skins, countersink the flap braces, and leave the flap hinge untouched. With that approach in mind, I removed the plastic from the inside of the bottom skins and then clecoed them to the wing. I then match drilled the skins to the flap braces. Before doing this I fished the wiring conduit back through the ribs. I had to remove these in order to have room to rivet the aileron gap fairings and flap braces to the rear spars.
