Brief Description:  Debur Edges & Cleco Rear Spar Components

I think my least favorite thing to do is clean up the edges on ribs, spars, etc. using either the Scotchbrite wiheel in the grinder or, even worse, a Scotchbrite wheel in the die grinder. Dust all over. And with the die grinder, add to that oil and water spewed from the die grinder itself. Even though I have a small inline filter just off the connection to the compressor, it doesn't seem to do much as far as removing water goes. Oh well, I was happy to complete all of the deburing and edge polishing of the rear spar components in a single evening. I didn't even put this off for a couple of days like I usually do trying to muster enough motivation to tackle something that I don't really enjoy. It really wasn't that bad and I do have a great sense of accomplishment that the rear spars are now ready to be drilled. I started this tonight after I clecoed everything together by drilling the reinforcement plates to the outboard ends of each spar.
