Brief Description: Install Ray Allen G205 Stick Grips
Today I installed the Ray Allen G205 stick grips. I had to use some soapy water to slide them on. The pilots stick is 1" in diameter and didn't require any of the plastic tubular spacers that came with the grip but not so with the co-pilots stick. I had to install one of the spacers over the stick to bring the diameter up to 1" before installing the grip. I love the look and feel of these grips as well as the switches.
Once the grips were installed I removed the grommets and used a piece of safety wire to snag the 6 wires running down each stick to pull them through the hole. I then slid the grommets over the wires and reinstalled them on the sticks.
