Brief Description: Cleco Rib and Shims to Right Wing Tip
Once the shims were drilled, deburred, and tapered I clecoed the rib and shims to the fiberglass wing tip and now both top and bottom surfaces align with the aileron.
Top surfaces of wing tip and aileron are now flush with the shims in place
Both the top and bottom surfaces of the fiberglass wing tip now align with the aileron surfaces
Here is an outboard view of the shims on the top flange of the wing tip rib needed for alignment
