Brief Description:  Right Wing Tip - Trailing Edge Work

With just the top clecoes holding the right wing tip in place the surface of the wing tip sagged into perfect alignment with the top surface of the aileron.

So...Warning - Do not follow the plans which say to begin at the leading edge and drill aft while alternating holes between the top and bottom. I did this while Heather focused on pushing and holding the wing tip as tight as possible into the wing - both inward and forward towards the leading edge. This resulted in the trailing edge sitting about 1/4" about the surface of the aileron. Instead, just align the top surface of the tip with the wing and aileron and drill all the top holes first. With the top clecoes in and the trailing edge surfaces aligned and clamped you can then drill the bottom holes and everything should come out fine,

So...I ended up redrilling the bottom holes in the fiberglass tip after clamping the trailing edge flush with the aileron and having just the top clecoes in. I'll be using an aluminum reinforcement strip so that should cover the missed drilled holes on the bottom along with some epoxy filler.
