Brief Description: Predrilled skins and attached ribs from bottom
Predrilled all rib holes, both top and bottom. Because I am using a slightly dull drill bit (while awaiting a ZAC shipment), I learned the trick of spinning the chuck & bit by hand very slowly until the starter point is established. This is especially easy with a pneumatic drill. Next I aligned the ribs with the holes on the bottom flange and drilled & clecoed. Ready to flip over and do the same on the top flange.
