Brief Description:  Front Spar and Front Spar Attachments Remade

I sent an email to Nick Heintz last night requesting advice on my dilemma with the front spar attachment holes (4 instead of 5). There was no answer back today, although in fairness I didn't expect a one-day turnaround. When I got home tonight, I thought I would start building parts for the elevators, but at the last minute decided just to go ahead and redo the front spar and front spar attachments. I'm sure I'll always feel better knowing that my stabilizer is built according to spec, and not jury rigged. I cut and prepped the .032 blank for the front spar as well as the .063 for the front spar attachments. I then bent both very successfully. My final step was to determine if my front spar doublers could be salvaged. When I laid them out, they matched the existing parts perfectly, so I'm good to go. The last few minutes were spent determining the areas that won't get drilled and clecoed on the first pass (leaving opportunity for the holes in the ribs and front spar attachment doublers to dictate where holes will be drilled through the spars).
