Brief Description: Drilled Stab Skeleton rivet holes to size
Did a final check of the rivet sizes for each part of the skeleton. Compared against the plans and discovered a mistake on the front spar. The front spar attachments are supposed to be attached to the spar with five A5 rivets. I mistakenly had placed only four rivet holes in the parts. After considerable head-scratching, I wrote Dave Clay and Debo Cox for their opinions on three options I raised. Based on Dave's response, I plan to propose to ZAC the addition of a fifth hole directly in the middle of the spar, assuming I can maintain sufficient edge margin. If I can't (or if Zenith says that is not an option), I will probably remake the affected parts. We then drilled to size all the holes in the skeleton except for the front spar attachments. The skeleton was then taken apart in preparation for deburring.
