Chamfered and put relief holes in the second half of the 6T1-1 (end rib) form. I then cut plywood to size and made a form block to form 6T2-3 (rear spar attachment) as well as the front spar attachment and attachment doublers. Spent over one hour adjusting the band saw. Still not satisfied with that adjustment.
