Brief Description: Drilled and clecoed trailing edge rudder skin
With the exception of one hole, this phase of the project went quite well. The end hole on rear rib #3 "walked" and enlarged beyond the size of my rivets. The good news is that this rivet is not at all structural, so I will be looking for an acceptable cosmetic solution. I've put the word out to my building buddies (Dave and Debo) and expect they'll help bale me out. Otherwise, the process and results were straightforward.
One side down...ready to flip and drill
Pilot holes (#40) complete on both sides and ready for larger (#30) final holes
A quick test fit for the leading edge skin, and things look good
