Brief Description: Redo of rib 1 and fabrication of rudder nose rib
Spent half of my time this evening remaking the Vertical Tail Rib #1. On closer examination of yesterday's work, the dimensions on this rib were slightly off. A lesson to be learned is to keep my work sessions to three hours or less (two is probably better). Spent the last hour tonight cutting the form blank, prepping the edges and bending the Vertical Tail Nose Rib. This and the tip rib are some of the more challenging forming jobs in the plane because they are so small. This part came out just great on the first attempt. On my next work session I will tackle the tip rib and see if my luck (or growing skill in this area) will hold up.
