Brief Description: Routed/chamfered forms and attempted rudder horn
Did 1/8" round over routing on all forms and put in 10 degree chamfering where needed. Also put relief hoses in nose and tip ribs. Drew the rudder horn (6T5-3) on 6061-T6 .125" aluminum and attempted to cut and bend the part. Because the horns require a 15 degree bend, but the middle bearing is bent to 27 degrees, it puts stress on the radii on either side of the bearing. In this attempt the part developed cracks. Also cut out the Upper Bearings (6T4-3).
