Brief Description:  Completed arm rest area with seat belt attachment

Make 5 to get 2. Not the kind of math that gets one's plane in the air quickly. Because of my prior issues with the geometry of the arm rest sides, I decided to mock up the seat belt attachment doubler plates-- using a paper pattern. As best I could tell, it looked right. An hour later, when I had made two from .040" thick 6061-T6, the angle was not great enough to set flush on the bottom and back surfaces. So I made them again, and this time one was good but the other still needed more angle. Aaargh! By this time it was approaching 11pm, but I was determined to get this done, or else. Finally, I had the two parts that I needed. At that point I wanted to see more for my 2.5 hours than two little doublers. I got my second wind and installed the arm rests and doubler plates. Lots of holes and lots of step drilling to do, but it is now behind me (or should I say beside me when I'm seated in the cockpit) For the record, I'm super close to being done with my fuselage. Just flap motor installation, joining the front and back side skins, and putting on the rear top skin.
