Brief Description: Fuel line to carb and fuel filter installed
Because of having to pull parts from my fuel system in order to complete last night's oil line re-routing, I am short a 90 degree fitting to complete the line from fuel selector through fuel filter to fuel flow meter. Once that arrives, it is a quick job to fab and install the short connecting piece. I did complete the line from fuel pumps to carb. I was hoping that the VDO pressure sensor that I received today (as pictured) would work in this application. Unfortunately there was a warning, sealed in the package and not mentioned on the website, that says these sensors are not to be used with fuel, just oil. Ooops. Now I must reorder. At least all that will need to be done is a quick spin to install later.
