Brief Description:  Remade and installed right flap control bearing

No pictures. Nothing glamorous, just fixing a mistake I made when I first installed the flap control tube and bearing some time back. In short, the tube sloped downhill from left to right. The right control bearing was drilled too low, by almost 7mm (which is significant), so I always knew I was going to have to remake and reinstall the part. Tonight was the night. Because I didn't want to mess with the existing holes, I made an oversized control bearing so I would have plenty of extra room to locate the new part over the old (very low) holes and still be able to back drill through them while maintaining proper edge distance on the new part. There will be a few more back-tracking moments between now and first light, but this may be the most significant one. Knock on wood (or aluminum).
