Tonight was all about riveting the seals in place that I had clecoed during the other work session. Once they were firmly in place, I tried replacing the nosebowl only to discover that the seals were too bulky and intruded too much into the space needed by the nosebowl. I then trimmed approximately 3/4" from the bottom seal, which allowed the nosebowl to fit snuggly against the rubber seal. To test the final fit, I reinstalled the entire nosebowl/cowling assembly.
