Spent quite a bit of time fitting the landing gear sissor components to the gear itself. Some of the time was my issue due to the fact that paint had to be removed. Past that I hand lapped the aluminum features to the steel legs and was pleased with the quality of the fit. I did discover that some of the mounting hardware will have to be changed or modified. (Standard bolts changed for allen head and washers have to be flattened on one side.) The wooden dowels also had to be sanded because you just can't put a 1.25 dowel in a 1.25 ID cylinder. (Except in the movies of course.)
