Brief Description:  Pulled wires from/to FW & from/to terminal blocks.

Wiring from under the seat terminal blocks to and from the Safety-Trim and Flap Controller modules required that I lay on my stomach and use a coat hangar wire puller while keeping my head back to see. Bad lighting and old eyes made it difficult for me. The path was through the seat ribs, spar, under the fuel boost pump assembly in the tunnel, up the FW angles, back aft on the bottoms of the upper fuselage ribs, through holes in the subpanel and then to the various switches and busses. Needless to say that I wished that I had not already installed the fuel boost pump assembly! We used diffferent colored wires where it made sense and had the appropriate colors. Of course, we did not have enough colors to do it totally right. We had made many wire labels and used up most of our 3/32" heat shrink labeling the wires. More on order. Charlotte prints the labels on sticky address labels, then cuts them and hands me the label, heat shrink, and heat gun. What a great helper!!

The wiring holes through the spar are already getting tight with wires and we still have all the wing and tail wiring to do yet. We may have to drill a couple more holes through the spar to handle all the wires. We'll see. The terminal blocks are filling up fast! Who would have thought that wiring stick grips would take so much!!
