Brief Description: Installed the TWC Safety Trim module.
After yesterdays' agony of installing the flap module, the Safety Trim module went in much easier. Of course, it was installed on the next rib away from the center tunnel rib which gave us room to get our hands between the second and third ribs with more space to manuever. I also moved the module forward slightly so that two adjusting screws could be reached with a small screwdriver for adjustments. Using the pattern made yesterday, the four holes were quickly drilled and deburred. The screws went in easily and the washers and nylok nuts were tightened. The same job is always easier the second time around because of what was learned before.
The wiring of the trim module's and the flap module's 12 wire harnesses to the two Infinity stick grip's 15 wire's cable should be a lot of fun (groan)! I may use a 15 pin D-sub or an Amp canon plug that Infinity recommends. I'm sure the D-sub is much cheaper but much less rugged than the canon plug.
