Brief Description:  Crimped fat wires for electrical system.

Using the new crimper, the fat wire fabrication went into high gear. I made the following cables:
Main fuse block to shunt (FW pass-thru), Aux contactor to Master contactor (FW pass-thru), Main battery to Master contactor, and Shunt to Starter contactor. The Aux and Main batteries are connected through the Aux contactor.

The terminals were crimped and then I heated them and let solder seep into the open end of the B & C (Amp) terminals. The idea is to get a better electrical connection than the crimping alone.

Tomorrow, a cable to the Main Hot Battery Bus and a cable to the E-Bus Alternate Feed Relay.
