Brief Description: Removed engine from stand to sawhorses.
Today my brother Clark came over to help me remove my engine from the engine stand and set it up on some sawhorses. We drained the old preservation oil and poured in some new preservation oil. We removed the desscant plugs and changed out the desscant material. We put corks in the top plug holes and then rotated the engine on the stand to coat the engine inside. We then replaced the desscant plugs.
After setting up the sawhorses, we used the hoist to place the engine on a box that I had made to hold the engine while I worked around it. I plan to install the rear #4 baffle and fabricate an oil cooler setup for a SW4832R. The oil cooler arrived yesterday from Pacific Oil.
