I bought the Whirl Wind 200RV prop and received a Jihostroj prop governor. I took Van's VA-153 governor cable bracket and made some slight modifications to make it fit my govenor. I had to elongate slightly the two holes on the ends by using a file. The middle hole fit perfectly. The bracket would not lay flat against the governor because of a slight elevation difference on its front plate. I took a 0.040 piece of aluminum scrap and made a shim which allowed the bracket to sit flat on the plate. Getting the holes on the shim prefect for screw insertion was the most difficult task of making the shim. It seems to have worked out OK.
