Brief Description: Fabricated doubler for center tunnel cover.
When installing my parking brake in the center tunnel, I had to cut a slot in the cover for the brake actuator to operate. The cover is so thin that the slot weakened it a lot, therefore, I realized it had to be reinforced. I bent a piece of 0.063 aluminum sheet and made a doubler for this purpose. Of course, it always takes more time than I had anticipated. Four hours later I had it fabricated, primed, and riveted.
