We contiued our work on the Odyssey battery box. After deburrig, I clamped the mounting flanges to the box and match drilled the rivet holes. One must remeber to put an 0.020 spacer under the left flange (which simulates the thickness of the firewall recess) before clamping and match drilling. I then fabricated the battery hold down bar and the spacers. The bar required lightening holes but they were easy because it's aluminum. After deburring, scuffing, and cleaning the parts they are ready for priming and painting tommorrow.
