The top cover piece came in the mail today so I decided to go ahead and rivet the cover together. I clecoed the two side plates to the top cover and then match drilled out the prepunched holes to #40 final size. I then deburred, dimpled, and riveted the holes with the hand squeezer.
The pump assembly mounted on its plate and the tunnel cover had to be placed in the airplane with the fuel selector cover to match drill the pump mounting plate, the tunnel cover, and the pump cover. The mounting plate and tunnel cover had to be drilled through the floor stiffner angles. The plate and cover then would have platenuts added at those holes. The pump cover was match drilled to the plate and tunnel cover and then received some platenuts also. Everything is held in place with #6 and #8 machine screws into the platenuts. Now everthing can be removed for servicing.
