Brief Description:  Match drilled the seat backs and hinges using the

Today we started match drilling the seat backs through the pre-drilled angles. We clecoed as we proceeded. The long angles were used as the drill guides and were flused up to the sides, top and bottom. The lower hinge which determines which is the left or right seat was drilled with the seat back through the bottom pre-drilled support angle while the top of the seat back was match drilled through the radiused top pre-drilled angle. The seat adjust brace piano hinge about 3" from the top was pre-drilled on the drill press after locating the two end holes by match drilling through the long angles on the sides. Getting confused? I almost did. We finally got all the holes drilled and clecoed. Always takes longer than you think!

Of course it was all for naught because we had to take it all apart and debur and scuff in preparation for priming.
