Brief Description:  Removed seat back brace slot angles to fix screw-u

Today we discovered that the seat back brace panel would not go into the slot made by the bent skin plate and angle riveted to the top of the F-705 bulkhead frame. It was way too tight. We scoped out the drawing and found a 1/8" dimension on detail B that we had missed. I drilled out the rivets (18) and then drilled new holes in the angles. We then inserted the seat back adjust panels into the slots and checked the dimension off the bulkhead to the inside edge of the angle flange. Lo and behold we found the 1/8" dimension that we had lost before. We drilled the bulkhead and reriveted the angle using eight AN470AD4-5 rivets instead of nine since we had to drill between the previous holes. The braces are still very tight but at least they will now go into the slot.

The planned priming of the seat parts was put off due to the strong winds in the "front yard" paint booth.
