Brief Description:  Cut streamline pitot hole, deburred, dimpled, prim

I cut the streamlined pitot hole in the skin by drilling with the uni bit first then cutting out as much as I could with the snips. I then used an air die grinder followed by a Dremel with a small stone grinder and finallly used a small fine file. It was tedious and took a while. Charlotted deburred and scuffed the the backing and washer plates. I then dimpled the plates and the wing skin holes. She then primed the plates. She also taped off the chrome pitot mount and primed its base plate to stop dissimilar metal electrolysis between the aluminum backing and washer plates. I then riveted the nut plates to the now primed base plate.
