I bolted the aileron attach hardware onto the ailerons. I cut the attach spacers that are slipped onto the attach bolts from the aluminum tubing supplied with the kit.
The oversize rivets order came on Friday, therefore, I decided to drill the oversize holes thru the outboard aileron hinge brackets into the QB wings that had the messed up holes. I measured the rivet diameter and used a #21 drill bit to drill the holes. One hole on the left wing was within specs and didn't need drilling. It was a tedious task, hoping not to mess up these new holes. They came out good.
We clecoed the aileron gap fairings and flap braces and final drilled them to the spar and the gap fairings to the upper wing skin.
