While still waiting for my oversize (5/32") rivets and clecos from Aircraft Spruce, I decided to drill the aileron attach hardware and located the bolts, nuts, washers and spacers. I realized that I had to attach the ailerons to figure out where to drill holes in the other half of the flap piano hinge. One must align the trailing edges of the flaps with the ailerons and also have a 3/16" gap between the two. The only way is to temporarily install the aileron and flap to get the dimensions for drilling the holes in the half of the piano hinge that attaches to the wing. The other half of the hinge is already on the quickbuilt flap.
