Brief Description: Fabricated HS tip plexiglass enclosure.
I had to cut the VS fiberglass tip to the dimension of the tip skin using the Dremel. I did the same drill of making a pattern and cutting out a plexiglass insert for the tip enclosure. I forgot the length of the insert had to go all the way to the tip rib, therefore, I had to make another insert that was longer. Just wasting time! I then made the alcad inside strip for better rivet hold and expoxied it into the tip flange. Epoxied the insert and let cure for awhile, then I epoxied the fiberbglass onto the insert for more reinforcement. Needed at least 12 hours for curing so I called it a (short) day.
