Brief Description:  Finished HS Prep and start Rudder Prep

I finished scuffing, deburring, breaking and polishing all edges of the Horizontal Stab and then stacked them aside for batch priming to be done when I finished prep of the rudder and elevators.

I drilled the reinforcement plates and ribs after clecoing to rudder rear spar.
Drilled rudder horn with shim, horn brace and bottom top rib.
Marked the spar and left and right skins.
Cut stiffners to length using tech center's foot powered shear then drilled stiffeners with skin.
Drilled right & left skins, the counterbalance skin, and the trailing edge wedge with frame.
Made bottom attach strips and drilled.
Scuffed and deburred rudder components.
Dimpled components.
Countersunk both sides of the trailing edge wedge.
Used rolled tool to bend right skin slightly in front of leading edge rivet holes.
Drilled rolled edge holes.

All rudder components were grouped aside for batch process priming.
