Brief Description: Start Elevator Prep and riveting HS rear spar.
Started right & left elevator prep.
Drill spar to reinforcement plates. Clecoed and drilled outboard ribs together. Drilled and inboard ribs to spar. Drilled elevator horn to inboard spar and root rib. Cut stiffeners to length. Drilled stiffeners with skin. Drilled elevator skin and counterbalance skin with frame. Disassembled and deburred, polished, scuffed, and dimpled componets. Bent top side of skin slightly in front of rolled edge holes. Drilled edge holes to #30. Countersunk top row all except four holes on outboard side rear spar of left elevator. Dimpled bottom side of rear spar of left elevator. Drilled and trimmed access reinforcement plate. Bent the tabs on the left elevator by measuring 1/16" from the outboard edge of the upper radius inboard and square off from hinge attach area.
Trim Tab.
Drilled servo mounting bracket ot door of electric trim. Drilled trim tab skin to spar and trim tab horns. Countersunk top side of trim tab spar. Bent tabs on left and right side of trim tab skin.
