Brief Description:  Removed windshield to prep for glareshield coverin

We removed the windshield to sand the lower edge to a bevel, and to increase the countersinks for the screw holes so that they will accept some of the expoxy mixture on top of the screws. Later when sanding the strip over the rollbar we won't sand the screws. I used the electric sander to create a bevel on the lower edge which will help it fit into the clips that we'll use. The bevel will also make for a better concave layup of the fiberglass.

I removed the roll bar support bar so that Charlotte could trace a pattern for the naugahyde that we're using on top of the glareshield. After tracing the windshield line on the skin, she traced it to some pattern paper. We then scuffed up the glareshield for the contact cement that we'll use to attach the naugahyde. I finished sealing some of the eyeball fittings on the FW using some more Biotherm.

We will apply the naugahyde tomorrow. Git'r Done!!
