Brief Description:  Last coat of micro beads on fairings.

Today I started fluting the angles that I bent yesterday. Two fluted angles will be attached across the rear baffles to support the fiberglass plenum. The fiberglass will be riveted to the top flange while the vertical flange will have #6 nutplates for screws that will go through the baffles. I'm taking it slow by cutting and making each angle fit as I go around the baffles.

While I was fluting, Charlotte was sanding on the intersection fairings to make them smooth for a last coat of low density micro baloons. We finished the day by mixing the epoxy and micro baloons and spreading the mixture onto the intersection fairings. Tomorrow we'll hopefully do the final (not) sanding. Talk about a slow process!!
