Brief Description:  Redrilled and cut on the reinforced wheel pants.

We drove to the airport in rain today and then worked on the wheel pants during a thunderstorm with a cacophony of sound on the steel hangar roof and door. We redrilled holes and cut slots on the pants and leg fairings that had been reinforced with more fiberglass yesterday.

Our buddy John had given us a tip on the nose wheel fairing. He said the tire was a different profile than the mains, therefore, we needed to cut the tire clearance in more of a square shape. This would prevent damage in the event of a flat tire. We finished the drilling and cutting and then installed the pants and fairings. We stood there in awe that we were almost finished with wheel pants, until we remembered we would have to sand, fill, sand, fill, and prime, etc. Oh well, no one said it would be easy!
