Today I cut the holes into the 120 degree cutout faces. I used a Dremel fiberglass cutoff wheel and then final sized them with a Dremel sanding cylinder. By the way, I positioned the shop vac to catch the fiberglass dust while I wore a faceplate and respirator.
I finished sanding the fiberglass halves and plates to shape and got them as smooth as I could. With the silver paint I plan to use, all the sanding imperfections should dazel the eye!
We'll be visiting Brownsville, Texas this weekend to attend Charlotte's 55th high school reunion.
