Brief Description: finish right wing tip light, test, right wing fini

40-10 steps 3 - 14, mount wing tip fiberglass mount to the wing, finish wiring of the light. Tested light with 9 v. battery attached to wing-to-fuselage connector. All worked fine. Will hang the wing for storage and make room to build flaperons.
