Brief Description: final tension of stab cables,misc.

Rechecked the horizontal stabilator cable tensions. Used Kent-Moore BT-33-750 cable tensioner for readings on the 1/8 cable scale. Manual 32-14 step 8 inserted the locking clips into the turnbuckles. Made sure they are in and locked and took close-up pictures to verify. Manual 37-09 step 2 trimmed and cleaned the tank sealant from the inside of the fuel filler tube. Torqued the two seat belt back cable attachments to the fuselage to 65 in-lbs Applied the blue wrap to the ELT antenna mount bracket.
