Manual 10-05 step 2 - re-glued two washers to the Horizontal stabilator for the left hinged mounting. Flattened and smoothed the washers to hopefully help with attaching the H. Stab. Maybe removde about .001 inch of thickness for the washers.
Ground and polished two AN4-12A bolts to use as guides for the H. Stab mounting.
