Brief Description: fabricate and mark other cowling hinges

Manual 38-04 finish step 2 fabricate and markF-1201 J & K and f-12117 hinges. Manual 38-03 step 8 file bevels on the top two cowling hinges on the fuselage. Manual 38-04 steps 3 & 4 install hinges. Figured out that they should be marked on the other side (outer side of the hinges when installed). Refabricated F-12116B-L and R due to error the first time.
